“《QTin Sprouts》, a devotional leading many souls to Jesus Christ, restoring the broken families, and reviving the churh”2016년 1월 창간된 《새싹 큐티인》은 미취학 아동을 위해 《큐티인》과 동일한 본문 중 주요 구절로 묵상, 집필된 말씀묵상지입니다.
《큐티인》은 2012년 창간된 후로 지난 10년간 우리들교회에서 수많은 영혼을 구원으로 이끌고, 깨어진 가정을 중수하며, 교회를 부흥시켰습니다. 구속사적 본문해설과 60여 명의 평신도가 집필한 묵상간증 및 다양한 읽을거리를 담은 《큐티인》은 그동안 우리들교회 성도들을 위한 묵상지로 격월간 발행되었으나 해외를 비롯한 외부 정기구독자의 수가 매년 급속히 증가함에 따라 2018년 1,2월 호부터 ‘큐티인 시리즈 4종’을 전국 서점에서 판매하고 있습니다.
또한 큐티엠(큐티선교회)에서는 장년에서부터 청소년, 어린이, 영유아에 이르기까지 모든 세대가 한 말씀으로 날마다 묵상하는 것을 돕고자 2013년에는 《청소년 큐티인》을, 2014년에는 초등학생을 위한 《어린이 큐티인》을 차례로 창간했으며, 여기에도 청소년과 어린이 필자들의 생생한 묵상감증이 실려 있습니다. 그리고 2016년에는 미취학 아동을 위한 《새싹 큐티인》을 창간하여 전 세대가 같은 말씀으로 묵상하도록 돕고 있습니다. 더불어 영어권에 있는 해외 독자들의 수요가 점점 늘어남에 따라 2019년 9월에는 영문판 《QTin》이 eBook으로 월간 발행되었고, 2020년 1월부터는 종이책으로도 발간되고 있습니다.
다음은 2000년에 큐티선교회(QTM, Quiet Time Movement)를 설립해 말씀묵상을 통해 한 영혼을 구원하고, 가정을 중수하며, 교회를 새롭게 하기 위한 운동을 펼쳐나가고 있는 김양재 목사가 큐티인 시리즈를 서점에 내놓으며 발행인 칼럼을 통해 밝힌 글입니다.
< QTin Sprouts> is a devotional first published in January 2016 for preschoolers with the same scriptural passages of < QTin> .
From 2012, < QTin> has led many people to Jesus Christ, restored the broken families, and revived Wooridle Church for last ten years. 《QTin》, issued by QTM(Quiet Time Movement) in 2012, was first a devotional book with a scriptural interpretation based on redemptive history and the personal testimonies of about sixty laypersons of the church. While bimonthly publishing with those testimonies and stories for Wooridle Church members, from January 2018, 《QTin》 4-piece series has been on sale at the public bookstores nationwide due to the increase in subscribers outside the church and even in Korea.
To help all generations to meditate on the Word of God every day, QTM has published 《QTin Teens》 (Korean) in 2013, 《QTin Kids》 (Korean) in 2014, and 《QTin Sprouts》 (Korean) in 2016 with the vivid testimonies from the readers, both kids and parents. Moreover, the increasing number of readers and subscribers from outside Korea, mainly from the English-speaking world, the English 《QTin》 has been published in the form of an eBook since September 2019, and started as a paper book in January 2020.
Next is Publisher’s Notes of Rev. Kim, Yangjae when the first 《QTin》 was on sale at bookstores. In 2000, She began QTM (Question Time Movement) to start the movement of meditating the word of God to lead a soul to Jesus Christ, rebuild a broken family, and revive the church.

그리고 2012년 1월, 《큐티인》을 시작으로 《청소년 큐티인》, 《어린이 큐티인》, 《새싹 큐티인》을 차례로 창간하여 이제는 온 가족이 한 말씀을 묵상할 수 있게 되었어요. 다른 큐티 잡지에서는 볼 수 없는 《큐티인》만의 ‘구속사적 본문해설’과 ‘성도들의 묵상간증’은 많은 영혼과 가정을 살리고, 교회를 부흥시켰어요. 이제 그 《큐티인》이 새싹 가족들을 찾아 전국 서점으로 나아가요. 엄마 아빠는 《큐티인》으로, 아이들은 《새싹 큐티인》으로 말씀을 묵상하며 하나님 나라의 열매가 풍성히 열리기를 기도해요!

In January 2012, the first 《QTin》 (Korean) for adults was published. Ever since the first 《QTin》, the rest of 《QTin》series has followed: 《QTin Teens》 (Korean) in 2013, 《QTin Kids》 (Korean) in 2014, and 《QTin Sprouts》 (Korean) in 2016. With the series, all generations of the family can read and meditate on Scripture together.
The distinctive characteristic of 《QTin》, which you can read the Bible from the perspective of redemptive history and with many testimonies of laypersons, has been leading many souls to Jesus Christ, restoring the families, and reviving the church. Now 《QTin》 goes forward to bookstores nationwide to meet you, Sprouts families. When parents do 《QTin》, children can do 《QTin Sprouts》. And I pray that with the meditation on the Bible your family would bear a lot of fruit of God’s kingdom.
“저는 주말이 좋아요. 게임을 할 수 있거든요. 하지만 하루 종일 할 수는 없고 엄마가 정해 주신 시간에만 할 수 있어요. 그런데 저는 게임이 더 하고 싶어서 계속 고집부려요. 니느웨 백성은 요나의 말을 듣고 회개했다는데, 저는 엄마 말씀을 듣고도 고집부렸어요(5절). 엄마가 저를 사랑해서 해 주시는 말씀인데, 듣지 않은 것을 회개해요. 이제는 엄마 말씀 잘 듣고 큐티도 열심히 할게요” (6세 이지우)

“I learned that a child who is like God does QT every day and tries hard to keep
God’s words. But when I wake up in the morning, I want to do my favorite origami
before QT. I even get grumpy when my parents don’t let me. I want to be a holy
child but it’s really hard. Starting tomorrow, when I wake up in the morning, I’ll
do QT first and pray “God, please help me!” so I won’t be grumpy to my parents. I want to become a holy child like God (v. 16).” (Onyu Kim, 6 years old)

“저는 고집이 세요. 4살이나 많은 형에게 장난도 잘 치는 개구쟁이죠. 가끔은 제가 너무 심하게 장난을 쳐서 형이 화내기도 해요. 그러면 저는 울면서 엄마에게 달려가요. 엄마는 상황을 모르시니 저보다 형을 혼내실 때가 많아요. 형 도 저 때문에 많이 속상할 텐데, 항상 저에게 먼저 미안하다 고 사과해요. 이런 형을 보면 예수님의 모습을 보는 것 같아요(21절). 저도 예수님을 본받아 형처럼 먼저 사과하는 어린 이가 될래요. ” (5세, 이이안)

“I’m stubborn. I play tricks on my big brother who is 4 years older than me. Sometimes he gets mad because I play tricks too much. Then I cry and run to mom. Mom doesn’t know what happened, so she scolds my brother more than me. My brother must feel upset because of me, but he always says sorry to me first. When I see my brother like this, I think of Jesus (v. 21). I want to be like Jesus and become a child who says sorry first like my brother.” (Ian Lee, 5 years old)
