도서 소개

한국어는 그 자체로 매력적인 언어일 뿐만 아니라 점차 문화와 소통의 중요한 매개체로 자리 잡고 있다. 이러한 변화는 한국어 학습에 대한 관심을 더욱 높이고 있으며 다양한 국가에서 한국어를 배우고자 하는 학습자들도 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 추세이다.이러한 배경 속에서 국내 학습자뿐만 아니라 해외 대학에서 한국어를 배우는 학습자들의 특성과 요구를 충분히 반영한 교재의 필요성이 커졌다. 이에 여러 해외 기관의 한국어 교육 상황을 면밀히 고려하여 해외 대학의 한국어 학부 과정에서도 효과적으로 사용될 수 있는 교재를 집필하였다.이 교재는 해외 학습자들이 쉽게 이해하고 실제 상황에서 적용할 수 있는 실용적인 예문과 연습 문제를 포함하고 있다. 또한, 듣기, 읽기, 말하기, 쓰기의 네 가지 언어 영역을 유기적으로 학습할 수 있도록 설계되었으며 성인 및 대학생 수준에 맞춘 긴 읽기 지문도 포함되어 있다. 그리고 각 영역의 고른 발달을 위해 다양한 연습 문제와 짝 활동, 그룹 활동 등을 제공하여 학습자들이 적극적으로 참여하고 소통할 수 있는 기회를 마련하였다.

  작가 소개

지은이 : 고은이
Euneee Ko is a Lecturer in Korean language at the National University of Singapore. She has been teaching Korean language and culture to diverse learners since 2013. Previously, she served as a Visiting Lecturer for the Korea Foundation at the University of Hong Kong. Her academic and professional background, along with her experiences as a curious language learner, have greatly enriched her teaching approach and contributed to her earning teaching licenses for both the Korean and Japanese languages. She holds a Master of Arts in Linguistics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, in Hong Kong, China, and a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul, South Korea.

Nuri Choi is a Senior Lecturer in Korean language at the National University of Singapore. She has been teaching Korean language and culture to diverse learners since 2016. Her academic background in law and Korean language education, combined with her experience in teaching Korean as a foreign language, has shaped a practical and thoughtful approach to language instruction. She holds a Master of Education in Korean Language as a Second Language Education from the Graduate School of Education at Kyung Hee University, in Seoul, South Korea and a Bachelor of Laws from Kyung Hee University in Seoul, South Korea.

Eunhye Kim is currently an LnL(Living and Learning) professor at Seoul National University’s Residential College. Since 2012, she has been teaching Korean language and culture in South Korea, the United States, and Singapore. Her primary academic interests include Korean language education and Korean culture, and she has actively engaged in research and given lectures in these fields. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from Seoul National University and her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Korean language education from Yonsei University.
