《큐티인》 한글판은 2012년 창간된 후로 지난 10년간 수많은 영혼을 구원으로 이끌고, 깨어진 가정을 중수하며, 교회를 부흥시킨 말씀묵상지입니다. 성경의 원리를 삶의 전반에 적용시켜 복음 안에서 경건한 성도의 삶을 추구할 수 있도록 구속사적인 ‘본문해설’을 제공하고, 그날의 큐티 본문에 근거한 평신도들의 진솔한 묵상과 회개와 적용이 담긴 ‘간증’이 매일 수록되어 있습니다. 보다 깊이 있는 공동체 큐티나눔을 위한 ‘소그룹 큐티 나눔’(Group QT Sharing)을 통해 청 또한 장년층의 영적 성장을 돕습니다.
큐티엠(큐티선교회, Question Time Movement)에서는 장년에서부터 청소년, 어린이, 영유아에 이르기까지 모든 세대가 한 말씀으로 날마다 묵상하는 것을 돕고자 2013년에는 《청소년 큐티인》을, 2014년에는 초등학생을 위한 《어린이 큐티인》을 차례로 창간한 바 있으며, 여기에도 청소년과 어린이 필자들의 생생한 묵상간증이 실려 있습니다. 그리고 2016년 1월에는 미취학 아동을 위한 《새싹 큐티인》을 창간하여 전 세대가 같은 말씀으로 묵상하도록 돕고 있습니다.
더불어 영어권에 있는 해외 독자들의 수요가 점점 늘어남에 따라 2019년 9월에는 영문판 《QTin》이 eBook으로 창간되었고, 2020년 1월부터는 종이책으로도 발간되고 있습니다. 《QTin》은 국내외 독자들에게 구속사적인 말씀묵상 운동을 전하고자 40여 명의 필진과 편집부가 섬기고 있습니다. 《QTin》을 통해 한국뿐만 아니라 해외에서도 성도가 살아나고, 가정이 회복되며, 교회가 새롭게 되는 열매가 맺히기를 기대합니다.
《QTin》 English edition has been published in the form of a paper book and an eBook for those who live in the country and abroad, who wish to meditate on Scripture. 《QTin》 is a monthly devotional press release for adults who wish to read the Bible with a perspective of redemptive history, and to change their perspectives into spiritual ones.
《QTin》, issued by QTM (Question Time Movement) in 2012, was first a devotional book with a scriptural interpretation based on redemptive history and the personal testimonies of about sixty laypersons of the church. While monthly publishing with those testimonies and stories for Wooridle Church members, from January 2018, 《QTin》 4-piece series has been on sale at the public bookstores nationwide due to the increase in subscribers outside the church and even in Korea.
To help all generations to meditate on the Word of God every day, QTM has published 《QTin Teens》 (Korean) in 2013, 《QTin Kids》 (Korean) in 2014, and 《QTin Sprouts》 (Korean) in 2016 with the vivid testimonies from the readers, both kids and parents.
Moreover, the increasing number of readers and subscribers from outside Korea, mainly from the English-speaking world, the English 《QTin》 has been published in the form of an eBook since September 2019, and started as a paper book in January 2020. QTM is devoted to spreading the QT movement to guide a soul to Jesus Christ, restore many broken families, and revive the church.

예수님이 열두 제자를 세우시고 집에 들어가시자 다시 무리가 모여 식사할 겨를도 없었다고 합니다(20절). 이렇게 예수님은 쉬지 않으시고 끊임없이 사명을 따라 충성하시는데, 이와는 반대로 늘 편안함과 쉼이 우선이었던 저의 모습이 부끄럽습니다. 저는 주일에 교회에서 열심히 예배드리고 부서를 섬기고는 ‘할 일 다했다’고 생각하며, 평일에는 저만의 시간을 갖고 싶어 할 때가 많습니다. 주일예배에서 “우리는 사명 따라 이 세상에 와서, 사명대로 살다가, 사명이 끝나면 천국에 가는 인생입니다”라는 말씀을 들은 적이 있습니다. 하나님 자녀의 사명은 영혼 구원이기에 이를 위해 평일과 주말 구분 없이 잘 살아내야 함에도, 교회 뜰을 벗어나면 행복을 삶의 이유로 삼고 살아가는 저의 모습을 직면하게 됩니다. ‘예수님이라면 이럴 때 어떻게 하셨을까?’ 고민한다고 하지만, 구체적이고 실제적으로 말씀을 따르는 적용을 한 적은 거의 없던 것 같습니다. ‘내 삶도 바쁘고 힘들다’라며 다른 지체들의 어려움을 들어주거나 위로와 권면을 건네지 못하는 데 합리화를 하고, 한 영혼에 대한 관심과 말씀 묵상보다 늘 제가 우선이었던 모습을 회개합니다. ‘식사하신 후에’가 아니라 식사할 겨를도 없이 그들을 불러다가 비유로 말씀하시며 삶으로 복음을 보여주신 예수님처럼, 구원을 위한 일에서는 급한 일과 중요한 일 중 무엇이 우선인지 잘 분별하기로 결단합니다. 그리고 친족들과 서기관들이 예수님을 오해하고 비방하는 모습을 보며, 제가 의지할 분은 오직 하나님 한 분뿐임에도 저를 대하는 가족들의 태도에 일희일비했던 제 모습이 보였습니다(21-22절). 하나님 말씀을 찾지 않고 자기연민과 우울에 빠져 허우적대기만 했던 것을 회개합니다. 가족 우상을 버리고 가족 한 영혼 한 영혼을 구원의 대상으로 바라보며, 애통함을 가지고 기도하는 사명자로 살아가는 제가 되기를 소망합니다.
- 02월 07일 묵상간증 중에서
After Jesus appointed the twelve disciples and went into a house, the crowd gathered again so that he and the disciples didn’t even have time to eat (v. 20). Jesus never stopped; he stayed faithful to his mission, and I feel ashamed when I think about how comfort and rest have always been my priorities. I worship earnestly and serve in my ministry on Sundays, thinking, “I’ve done my part,”and then, during the week, I just want to have time for myself. I once heard in a Sunday service,“We came into this world according to our mission, we live according to that mission, and when our mission is complete, we go to heaven.” As God’s child, my mission is saving souls, so I should live for that whether it’s a weekday or a weekend. But once I step outside the church, I realize I’m really living for my own happiness. I say I ask, “What would Jesus do in this situation?” but I’ve rarely taken concrete, practical steps of obedience to God’s word. I excuse myself from listening to other believers’ struggles or offering comfort and encouragement by saying, “My life is busy and hard too.” I repent for always putting myself first instead of caring for each soul and meditating on God’s word. Like Jesus, who didn’t wait until after eating but, even when he had no time to eat, still called people and spoke to them in parables—showing the gospel through his life—I decide to discern what is merely urgent and what is truly important when it comes to God’s saving work. And as I see how Jesus’ family and the teachers of the law misunderstood and slandered him, I realize how easily I’ve been swayed by my family’s attitudes toward me, even though the only one I should ultimately depend on is God alone (vv. 21–22). I repent for not seeking God’s word and just floundering in self-pity and depression. I hope to lay down my idolizing of family and to see each family member as someone who needs salvation, living as someone on mission who prays for them with a broken heart.
- ‘February 07 Testimony’
저는 고등학생 때부터 연기를 공부했고 대학에서도 수차례의 연극과 뮤지컬 공연을 올리며 성공한 배우가 되길 꿈꿨습니다. 그러나 졸업 이후의 연기 생활은 생각보다 순탄치 않았습니다. 그렇게 수많은 좌절을 겪으면서도 오직 배우로 성공하기 위해 앞만 보고 달렸습니다. 그러나 폭력적인 연극 연출가와 밑바닥 인생을 살아가는 배우들을 만난 뒤로, 배우로 살아갈 제 미래가 두려워졌습니다. 또, 비슷한 또래의 친구들은 안정적인 직장을 다니며 믿음의 결혼을 해서 가정도 이루어 사는데, 그들 앞에 서면 저 자신이 돈도 스펙도 없는 초라한 실패자처럼 느껴질 뿐이었습니다. 결국 저는 10년 동안의 연기 생활을 그만두었습니다. 안정적인 직업을 찾다가 의무경찰로 복무했던 경험이 생각나 경찰 시험을 열심히 준비했습니다. 그러나 결과는 불합격이었고, 저는 가난한 마음으로 하나님을 의지하게 되었습니다. 현재 두 번째 시험을 준비 중인데 이번에도 떨어지면 앞으로도 어떻게 살아야 할지 몰라 막막하기만 합니다. 오늘 예수님은 제게 “내 말을 듣고 깨달으라” 하십니다(14절). 그리고 사람의 마음속에 있는 악한 생각이 나와 사람을 더럽게 하는 것이지, 밖에서 들어가는 것이 더럽게 하는 것이 아니라고 하십니다(18, 20, 23절). 오늘 말씀을 묵상하며 하나님의 은혜보다 그저 시험에 합격하기만을 바라는 제 마음속 욕심과 기복 신앙을 보게 되었습니다. 여전히 기복적인 가치관에서 벗어나지 못하고 ‘어떻게 해야 이 세상에서 잘 먹고 잘살 수 있을까?’ 걱정하는 제 악한 모습을 고백합니다. 다시 한번 인생의 목적이 행복이 아니라 거룩임을 마음에 새기며, 최선을 다하되 결과는 하나님께 맡겨드리는 하나님의 자녀가 되길 소망합니다.
- 02월 23일 묵상간증 중에서
I started studying acting in high school, and all through college I performed in plays and musicals, dreaming of becoming a successful actor. But once I graduated, the reality of the acting world was far harsher than I expected. Even after countless disappointments, I kept running forward with only one goal in mind—to succeed as an actor. But after working under a violent, abusive director and seeing actors barely surviving at the bottom, I became terrified of what my future in this field might look like. Meanwhile, friends my age were settling into stable jobs, getting married in faith, and building families. Standing next to them, I felt like an empty-handed failure with no money, no resume, and nothing to show for the years I had poured into acting. In the end, I walked away from the ten years I had spent chasing that dream. I tried to find something stable and remembered my time serving as a conscripted police officer, so I threw myself into preparing for the police exam—but I failed. That failure left me with nothing but poverty of spirit, and I began clinging to God. I’m now preparing for the exam a second time, but if I fail again, I honestly don’t know what I’m supposed to do with my life. In today’s QT passage, Jesus tells me, “Listen to me, everyone, and understand” (v. 14). He teaches that it’s not what enters a person from the outside that makes them unclean, but the evil thoughts that come out from within the heart (vv. 18, 20, 23). As I meditated on this, I saw the greed and prosperity-minded thinking inside me—wanting God’s grace only so I can pass my exam. I confess the sinful part of me that still can’t break free from this mindset, always worrying, “How can I live comfortably and securely in this world?” Today I’m reminded again that the purpose of my life is not happiness, but holiness. I want to do my best, but entrust the results completely to God as his child.
